Kawartha Candy Shipping Policy


Shipping Methods and Timelines:


Standard Shipping:

   - Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

   - Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

   - Standard shipping with tracking is available for all provinces within Canada.


 Free Shipping:

   - Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 CAD or flat rate of $15 CAD for orders over $75 CAD.

- EXCEPT "Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Remote Islands in BC, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, where Freight charges will be calculated at the time of order.

   - The free shipping threshold may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated on the website.


Shipping Rates:

   - Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination.

   - Customers can view the shipping costs at the checkout before completing their purchase.

   - Free shipping will be applied automatically to qualifying orders.


Order Tracking:

   - Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

   - Tracking information can be used to monitor the status and location of the package.


Shipping Restrictions:

   - Currently, we only ship within Canada.

   - We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.


Delivery Issues:

   - In the event of any delivery issues, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation.

   - We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


Address Accuracy:

   - Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

   - Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.


Temperature:

  • Please be aware of the temperatures of the final destination. Kawartha Candy does not take responsibility for the damaged product due to weather or responsible for any damage caused by the courier. Please use common sense when ordering as the items can melt due to high temperatures.


Returns and Refunds:

   - Kawartha Candy does NOT accept returns for any Candy or Food items. If there is an issue with your order please contact our Customer Service Team at cs@kawartha-candy.com.
